When will my Wind River wind chimes ship?
Retail orders are processed Monday–Friday between 8am–2pm Eastern Time, excluding weekends, holidays, and end-of-year inventory periods.
We make every effort to ship orders placed before 2pm ET on the same business day.
All wind chimes ship from Northern Virginia via UPS or FedEx. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
How long does shipping take for engraved wind chimes?
Orders that include custom engraving require an additional 2–3 business days for production before shipping.
Because engraving is a custom process, expedited shipping is not available for engraved wind chimes.
Do you offer free shipping on wind chimes?
Yes. Orders over $125 qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
Shipping costs for orders under the free-shipping threshold are calculated at checkout based on delivery location and carrier rates.
Where does Wind River ship from?
All orders ship from Northern Virginia, United States, via UPS or FedEx.
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email so you can follow your package until delivery.
