Refund policy


Return Window

Wind River accepts returns within 30 days of purchase.

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Returned in substantially the same condition as when purchased
  • Unused and undamaged
  • Returned with original packaging when possible

 

Returns must be requested before sending the product back.



How to Start a Return

To start a return or exchange, please print and complete the Return Form and include it in the box with the item you are returning. 

Returns must be sent within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective. 

All refunds and exchanges are subject to inspection of the merchandise upon receipt, and custom products are non-returnable.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for creating and paying for their own return shipping label.

You may use the carrier of your choice (such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS) to send the item back to us.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Wind River Chimes cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.



Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing typically occurs within 5–10 business days

 

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.



Non-Returnable Items

Some items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Custom-engraved wind chimes
  • Items purchased from retail stores, wholesale partners, or other websites cannot be returned to windriverchimes.com and must be returned to the original place of purchase according to that retailer’s return policy.
