Besides picking complementary color palettes and finding space to hang them, we understand there are many musical elements to keep in mind when pairing wind chimes. Explore these helpful tips for pairing your Wind River chimes.
We do not sell repair kits, but depending on which chime you have and what needs to be repaired, we may be able to send you what is needed. Please email Customer Service for assistance.
Unfortunately, Wind River can only restring and repair the chimes we manufacture.
Please ensure your chime is hung in a breezy location and not blocked by any structure, tree, or other hindrance. Avoid hanging the chime from a rope or chain. A long hook will reduce the chime's movement. It is best to hang it directly from the O-Ring at the top. If changing locations doesn't improve the sound, consider using a larger wind sail, which you can find on our website.
The overall length of the chime is measured from the top of the O-ring to the bottom of the wind sail.
