Wind River Chimes Reviews

Almost every Wind River chime wind sail is engravable. Once you’ve chosen the chime you want, then choose 'Yes' for custom engraving, and a box will pop up for you to enter the message you would like to have engraved. You can also choose which font you’d like, and you can add a design as well. You’ll see a preview of what the engraving will look like, so you can adjust it as desired. The engraved message can be up to 4 lines and up to 35 characters on each line. You can engrave one or both sides of the wind sail.

Our normal retail shipping hours are Monday-Friday 8am-2pm Eastern, excluding weekends, holidays and end of year inventory. We make every attempt to ship retail orders received by 2pm ET on the same business day. All orders ship from Northern Virginia via UPS or Fedex and take 2-7 business days (weekends do not count as business days) to arrive, once in transit. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for any orders with custom engraving, and note that expedited shipping is not an option for these orders. Due to the high volume of orders during the holidays, shipping may be delayed. We currently only ship retail orders to the U.S. and Canada.Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information from the shipper.

Every Wind River chime is made in the USA, hand-tuned to perfection, and hand-packaged with love and care in a Wind River-themed box, perfect for gift-giving! For gift orders that are shipped, you can add a special message to the recipient, which will appear on the packing slip that comes in the outer shipping box. No prices will be shown on the packing slip for gift orders.

To the extent that you purchase any goods or services directly from us, we will refund you your purchase price within 30 days of you notifying us in writing of your desire for the refund, together with the reason for the request, with the product or service returned to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased.
