Be sure to plan ahead so your gifts will arrive on time. Wind River recommends placing your orders as soon as you can.
We will make every attempt to ship online orders on the same business day, for orders received by 2pm ET (engraved orders will take longer). Orders received after 2pm ET will be shipped on the next business day. Engraved orders will take an additional 2-3 business days to ship.
Most standard orders arrive 2-3 business days after shipment. Extra large items and items shipping to remote locations may take log as six days for a shipment to reach its destination.
We expect much higher than normal volume from Nov 25 - December 25. When ordering during this period, please allow for additional processing time for your order:
• Custom engraved orders: 3-4 days.
All our orders ship from Manassas Park, VA. Ground shipping may take as long as six days for a shipment to reach its destination if you live on the west coast. During preholiday weeks, transit times with UPS and the postal service may be longer due to heavier than normal volume.

Also, you can give the gift of Wind River without worry about the 30-day return/exchange deadline. For any chimes purchased in November or December, you have until January 31, 2025 to make returns or exchanges.
