North Country Wind Bells® began their journey back in the 1970’s. Their Founders, Jim and May Davidson, began by recording the welcoming sounds of the bell and gong buoys where they hauled their lobster traps.  Each North Country Wind Bell® is based on Jim's and his family's interpretation of the gong and bell buoys in the areas for which they're named.
