Almost every Wind River chime wind sail is engravable. Once you’ve chosen the chime you want, then choose 'Yes' for custom engraving, and a box will pop up for you to enter the message you would like to have engraved. You can also choose which font you’d like, and you can add a design as well. You’ll see a preview of what the engraving will look like, so you can adjust it as desired. The engraved message can be up to 4 lines and up to 35 characters on each line. You can engrave one or both sides of the wind sail.
Our normal retail shipping hours are Monday-Friday 8am-2pm Eastern, excluding weekends, holidays and end of year inventory. We make every attempt to ship retail orders received by 2pm ET on the same business day. All orders ship from Northern Virginia via UPS or Fedex and take 2-7 business days (weekends do not count as business days) to arrive, once in transit. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for any orders with custom engraving, and note that expedited shipping is not an option for these orders. Due to the high volume of orders during the holidays, shipping may be delayed. We currently only ship retail orders to the U.S. and Canada.Once your order is on its way, you'll receive an email with tracking information from the shipper.

Every Wind River chime is made in the USA, hand-tuned to perfection, and hand-packaged with love and care in a Wind River-themed box, perfect for gift-giving! For gift orders that are shipped, you can add a special message to the recipient, which will appear on the packing slip that comes in the outer shipping box. No prices will be shown on the packing slip for gift orders.
To the extent that you purchase any goods or services directly from us, we will refund you your purchase price within 30 days of you notifying us in writing of your desire for the refund, together with the reason for the request, with the product or service returned to us in substantially the same condition as when purchased. Official Rules For the “Inspiring Women: A Wind River Mother’s Day Giveaway”
1. Description: Wind River Chimes, Inc., a Virginia corporation with offices at 8431 Euclid Ave, Manassas, Virginia 20111 (Wind River Chimes) will give away one set of Wind River Corinthian Bells Harmonies “Mom’s Love” chimes to the winner of the “Inspiring Women: A Wind River Mother’s Day Giveaway”. Prize includes a set of Corinthian Bells Harmonies “Mom’s Love” wind chimes of choice, plus personalized engraving on the back.
2. To be eligible to win, an individual must submit a valid entry form through the Wind River Chimes 2025 “Inspiring Women: A Wind River Mother’s Day Giveaway” Entry Page. No purchase is necessary. On May 2nd, 2025, the winner will be selected and notified via the email address provided in the entry form. The Prize shall be the sole benefit for winning. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed. The winner who accepts the Prize (“Winner”) agrees that Wind River Chimes may use personal information provided by Winner to Wind River Chimes in connection with the Giveaway, such as their full legal name and home state, for the purpose of advertising Wind River Chimes products and without further compensation. This Giveaway is offered only to legal residents of the U.S. who have reached the age of eighteen (18) as of the date of submission.
3. Submission Process: The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. EDT on April 10th 2025, ending on April 25th, 2025 at 11:59:59 p.m. EDT. Giveaway forms are available here. Wind River Chimes or its representatives handling the Contest must receive a completed and valid submission through the online entry process by 11:59:59 p.m. EDT on April 25th 2025. Valid entry forms must contain all requested information and comply with these Official Rules. Only one submission per person. Incomplete entry forms are invalid and ineligible for winning.
4. Winner Selection: Wind River Chimes will select a winner from the pool of valid entry forms. No purchase is required. Purchasing Wind River Chimes products will not increase your chances of winning. Selection of a winner is final and binding. Wind River Chimes will notify the winner by the email address included in their entry form within five (5) days of the drawing. Any Prize not accepted by the winner within seven (7) calendar days of sending notice of his or her selection is forfeited. Wind River Chimes shall have no further obligation to the winning contestant and shall not be obligated to select a new winner. The Prize will be delivered to the winner’s mailing address located in the United States within ten (10) days after acceptance. Wind River Chimes shall have no further obligation to the winner. The winner will be contacted via email by Wind River, but no public announcement will be made until after Mother’s Day, so it can remain a surprise to the winner’s nominee. The winner is responsible for payment of any taxes or delivery fees relating to the Prize.
5. Contestant Representations, Warranties, and Release: By submitting the entry form, each contestant represents and warrants that: (a) They have full legal authority to enter the giveaway and they have complied with these Official Rules; (b) Nothing in the submission violates copyright, privacy, trademark, or other rights of third-parties; (c) They grant Wind River Chimes a royalty-free, paid-up, worldwide, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use items provided to Wind River Chimes for the purposes of advertising Wind River Chimes products, and will sign any additional legal document requested by Wind River Chimes to confirm this grant of rights; and (d) They release Wind River Chimes, its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, and affiliates, from any claims relating to the Contest.
6. Additional Rules: (a) Wind River Chimes employees, officers, directors, shareholders, and family members of the foregoing are not eligible to win the Giveaway. (b) Wind River Chimes (its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, representatives, and affiliates) are not responsible for submissions or notices that are lost, damaged, delayed, or misdirected, regardless of the cause (technological or human error). (c) Wind River Chimes reserves the right to cancel or terminate the Giveaway (or any portion thereof) if it believes there has been misconduct, or if there are technical difficulties that impact the Giveaway. Wind River Chimes may choose winners from among all eligible entries received prior to the time of such termination. (d) Contestants shall be bound by the determinations of Wind River Chimes, which are final. (e) If Wind River Chimes determines that a submission or a winner is ineligible, the submission may be disregarded, and the Prize shall be forfeited. Wind River Chimes may select a new winner through the process identified in Section 3. (f) Any waiver of these Official Rules by Wind River Chimes must be in writing and posted publicly.
7. Privacy: Any personal information collected by Wind River Chimes in connection with a submission (name, address, telephone number) shall be retained. Wind River Chimes does not represent that it complies with the EU General Data Protection Regulation and may block submissions from contestants whose personal information may be subject to privacy regulations other than the State of Virginia and the United States of America.
